New breyers and reviews. Also some news. :] (Breyer Polo Pony review)

Yes, I haven't posted here in like one month. I'm okay, if you're asking. I sometimes just forget to blog here, or I just don't have anything to talk about. Well, this is going to be an big-ass post, if you ask me. :'D
First off, since my birthday is month or two away, my mom decided I can get some breyers for my birthday! :) So we ordered them about a week ago, and well the package arrived today. So after I got the package you can probably guess, that I couldn't resist so I decided to open them today. :D
I ordered:
1. Breyer traditional Limited Edition Santiago - Polo Pony. item#: 1744 (Purchase here)
2. Breyer stablemate  Highland Pony. item#: W6028 (Purchase here)
3. Schleich-S Percheron mare (Retired, you can get her from different websites)
I am very happy, because I chose very carefully what I want to order. In the beginning, I was going for the Don't Look Twice but then I started to like Harley D Zip  and there were just so many options. In the end, I thought that one limited edition breyer wouldn't do bad. So I ordered him! :) I have no regrets. :]
Now, if you're intrested, here is the review of the model horses I got. This will include my personal option and I will also point out the things that I don't like.

I'm starting off with the main breyer, the Polo Pony. He is an really beautiful model on the breyer Smarty Jones mold. He is limited edition, and there are only 3,000 made. He is rarer than my Fire Magic! I will maybe meet up with an person, who owns the same model horse. :) Anyways. My first impression was positive about him, but later I found some flaws that I will talk about later. Now I will show you what he looks like.

I'd say that he is overall very good looking.  Mine is high PSQ quality.

Here is his other side. Unlikely some other breyers have their "good or bad sides", I'd say that both of his sides look good. :)
Now let's go deeper into the details.

I really adore his hooves! Fantastic paintjob and shading. Very detailed.
He has an super cute face as you can see! :) And ofcourse, his eyes are detailed and have a little bit of red in them. In my opinion they suit him very well and don't look weird.
I thought you would like an picture of his base, so here you go!

He has an green base, that you can take off and put back on. I haven't really seen an green base on the Smarty Jones mold. I think that another Smarty Jones mold breyer is Frankel who has such green base.

Nothing can be perfect, and here come the flaws and things I don't quite like about him.

I have heard this from other collectors around the world too, that breyer just can't do dapples correctly. Those, aren't just quite "dapples". Those don't just disturb me that much, but if you are looking for an realistic breyer, then the dapples just make this model look kind of weird.
I hope you can see this well enough. As you might know, this is the first Smarty Jones to come without an mane or a tail. Well, The thing is,  that his forehead looks pretty much like breyer just took a big clump of clay from there, and left those marks behind. And his mane is just an white stripe, literally.
This isn't an common problem, but mine came with this weird black mark on his nose. The thing is, that you can somewhat see it on the pictures, and yup. Quality control, breyer, please.
Well yeah, he also has some minor scratches, but I'm very pleased with him.
I'm also going to show you the box he came in. :)

This is the front of the box.

And also the back of  the box.
Here you can read about the horse and stuff. :) (Click on it for it to zoom in)
That's all for the traditional! I hope it came out nice. Also if I missed some details or whatsoever, you can comment.
I included an picture I took of him outside, too.

Here is an picture of him in his new home. :) Also, Mon Gamin is super huge. :D

Now after I'm done with the review of the new traditional, I'm going to review my other model horses I bought.
First off, let's start with the Breyer stablemate Highland Pony. She is an cute little fella, and she is very tiny also. :) I'd say that her coloring is dun. She is on the stablemate scale. Also, it was quite an surpise, that she was an mare! I always thought, that it would be an stallion. She is on the Breyer Highland Pony mold, and she came out 2015 and is an  regular run breyer stablemate. Needless to say, but in my opinion she has alot darker coloring than on the official breyer picture. Now let's add  pictures of her. :)

This is what she looks like. Mine came as pretty LSQ quality (without hoof or earrubs or anything) so I'm trying my best to keep her from going PSQ.
Now you can see what I ment before, when I said that breyer's official photo of her is much lighter than the original. (Breyer's picture) I'd also say that I prefer the other side, since on this side, she has this weird eye though. It has way more white in it than the other eye. Breyer, why? :(
Can't ignore her cute lil' face! She has an white marking, what adds some detail to her. Looks very pretty on her!

Now you can see what I ment, when I said that she is super small. Well yeah, she is an pony, but still. :D

Here is she compared to my other stablemate, which should be an regular scale stablemate. You can see the difference though. And here the weird eye is more visible also.

To end her review, I am going to add an picture of her that I took. :)

Now it's time to review the last "product" , who is the Schleich-S Percheron mare. She came out in 2007 and went retired in 2011 with other Schleich-S Percheron horses. So yeah, she went retired and never came back, unlikely some other Schleich-S horses that came back in 2015, but just in different coloring. She is an draft horse, so you can't really put Schleich-S tack on her, so you can only put handmade tack on her. And you can't fit any riders on her too. But I'd say that she still is very stunning and gorgerous.

I really love this Schleich-S, and she could possibly be my favourite one. I really miss those times, when Schleich-S products weren't undetailed and didn't have weird legs and stuff. Plus, I have wanted her for a long time also.

I just love that mane and tail! The coloring is so beatutiful. :) She is very well shaded too. Sadly, mine came with some rubs, so she is PSQ. I'm very lucky that her rubs don't show off on pictures that much, because if they would, I would be pretty sad.

One more little detail that she has, are those wonderful horseshoes! I really like that detail and I thought that I would include it here too. :)

I'm also including pictures that I took of her outside. :)

So thats all the reviews for this post! I'm very glad that I decided to do this review. I will try to do more reviews when I get some model horses. I guess now it's time to talk about my personal life and what have I done the past month. Well, I sure have visited my grandparents, and I haven't still gone to the countryside, because the weather was just so bad. :( There is still luckily time to go though! :D
Surprisingly, I won an facebook game, and I won an minion themed luggage. It's very cute and I will sure be travelling with it! :)
So I have got alot of body Schleich-S model horses lately, because I started to customize, but now with pastels. In my opinion, they look way better than when I customized with acrylics. I currently have done an hannoverian mare custom (it still needs some details though) and I'm working on my shire gelding custom. And if you're wondering, what body model horses I bought here is a list:
1. Knabstrup foal (retired)
2. Palomino stallion (retired)
3. Arabian stallion (retired)
4. Percheron stallion (retired, I got this one for free actually, because the seller was so nice :) )
I also got two people, they were PSQ so there was no need to customize them. I don't really think that I will customize them myself, but maybe I will let someone customize them. I have seen alot of people in Estonia who do really nice customs, so I thoght why not. :)
Talking about customs, I let my BFF customize my arabian foal. She came out really nice, but I still haven't got her. I will show her to you when I get her back! :)
I also tried out to take pictures in my "studio". It was pretty dark outside (well, it wasn't, but it wasn't enough to take pictures without lightning). So I had to take pics with lightning, because when I didn't, the pictures came out foggy and unfocused. I don't know yet, that is it okay to take pictures with lightning in studios, or not. Well, I'm adding the pictures anyway. :D

I tried to take pictures of a mini whinnie and a stablemate size foal too, but they didn't come out really well, so I basically got only 2 pictures out of 6-8. :D On the picture is Breyer stablemate scale Dutch warmblood-bay model horse. He is on the Jumping Sporthorse mold. :)

This is the second picture, and her face might seem like it's unfocused, but it isn't. On the picture is Schleich-S Percheron Mare. :)

Thats all for today, I'm super tired of writing this post, and I'm exited to publish it to see what y'all think. And everyone who finds this post helpful, you can comment, I won't bite. :D

Stay tooned for more posts and BYE! :)

Update time! Yay or nay? :D

Heyyyyy!

ITZ SUMMER!!
Yas.

So FINALLY summer is here, and no more school! :D *party hard*
Now I can spend more time at my computer! :D Okay, jk. I'm probably going to the countryside and go visit my grandparents. :D Well, I hope so, atleast. c: Oh and ofcourse I will take way more photography than I took at winter and spring :D Prepare yourself for beach photos, woop woop! :D
Well, nothing much has happened past few days. Exept that one day when we went out with my BFF and had a really fun day c: We bought modelhorses and stuff :D I wanted to make an vlog about that, but well, I was too lazy and forgot my camera home XD So no vlogs for you D:
Yesterday I went with my family to a  mansion and drove around with our car a little bit around Estonia :D It was fun :D Oh and I also took some photography c: I will include one picture here, that I took :)
Oh, and guys, guys! I will try my best, so if I get an schleich-s, or any modelhorse brand set, I will try to make an quick review for you guys :D

So this post was basically extremely short. :D I'm trying to keep you updated with mai life and new modelhorses okay?! It's so hard, okay :C jk. :D Also I will put some pictures here that I took a few days ago :D

Let's start! :D

Here is my small haul, that I bought when I was in the shopping centre with my BFF :D Well first off, I got this beautiful Bashkir Curly (I think that is how you write it? :D) mare. She is an 2015 schleich-s, and I'm very happy c: The mare's name is Sweet Sacrifise, and her barn name is Toxic. :D The halter is made by me ^^

The second "thing" that I bought was this schleich-s training instructor. :D I'm very happy that I got him,
'cause I think that he was retired at some time, but then schleich-s brought him back at 2015? :D Well yeah, anyways he was on sale also, plus I needed another training instructor, so yup :D His name is Jeremy Fitzgerald. :D

And the last thing from my haul was Moss powder. It's useful for realistic model horse pictures, and I'm very exited to try it out! c: My BFF tried it out, and she liked it very much so I decided to buy it too. And it's pretty cheap, so I can basically buy it whenever I want, Iif I run out :D
Okay so that is everything for my haul :D Now some photography, yay! :D

First off, here is an picture of my stablemate size foal, Poison. :D I took this pic while we were driving around I guess :D I like this pic very much ^^

Okay, this is all for today! :D I hope you still enjoy reading my posts, and well, BYE! c:

Very small Sweden haul! (/^_^)/

Helllooo my sweeties! :'D
So yesterday I got back from Sweden c: It was very much fun and we went to Stockholm. I had a very positive experience! :D I went there with my class fyi :3 And ofcourse I bought something, that you're going to see later c: Now I'm going to talk about what has happened :D
Well, in my latest post I told that I'm going to get a new horsie! And guess who I got? :) I got the retired camargue mare! She is drop dead gorgerous. I named her Frame of Mind, after a song I like :3
And well y'know, school is basically over! There is ONE week more! :O CANT FRIGGIN WAIT :D
Well about me, I'm still pretty lazy, lol. I need to take more pics and keep my pages active. It's just so hard. :D Holy moly, this post is so short xD But yeah guys, we have existed for about 1 year. CONGRATZ! :D < This was literally the randomest thing ever.
But yeah, I guess you want to see my Sweden haul? Okay.. Fine. :D Here we go!
First off, I   O F C bought an modelhorse. And I was so happy. Why? Because in Sweden, they sell friggin retired horses. In Estonia, we don't have them anymore, and you can only buy retired horses from another people that are "used". So in Estonia people are willing to pay so much for these :D But yeah there were other retired stuff too, but I was in SUCH a hurry that I only got freaked out about da retired horse so I bought him and went away. By the way, the retired horse was the Palomino stallion, you just dont know how much I have wanted him. :D If you remember, some posts ago me and my friend traded horses and I got the palomino from her, and I just fell in love with the palomino :D I named him Deadpool, after an comicbook villian and his full name is Clubbed to Death, after an Matrix soundtrack (omfg i love matrix soundtracks so much!! :D) Well yup, here is an pic I took of him :D (Some realistic photography will soon come ;D)

Deadpool aka. Clubbed to Death c:

Yay he is so cute! But here are some non modelhorse related stuff. You can look if you want to :D

So as I told you, in Estonia we don't have alot of stuff, for example like KFC, EOS etc. So I took my chances and bought some EOS. I bought the limited edition, Passion flower and Watermelon set. They both just smell heavenly c: Here is a pic.

Purple one is Passionflower and the red one is watermelon :D

And yeah I didn't buy much. This is all. :D I hope you enjoyed it. So when summer comes, I will post more and take more photography c: Yup.
BYE! c:

Long time no-see !

Hey! :)
It's nice to see you again, for a long time.
Well, for me it's going pretty nicely. I have been doing photography and I have gotten alot more into drawing. Everything is nice expect school and depression. Yeah.
Anyways, I haven't worked on this blog for a long time. Not that long, but yeah - about 2 months.
So, I thought I should keep you up with some news.
In May, we have a class trip to Sweden. I'm pretty exited, because I hope to find some rare Schleich-S models or some Breyers. So I'm already collecting money. Kinda ^^'.  Ugh and my stall project is still a huge failure, because I don't have the material to make the stable. And who haven't heard, I wanted to make an stable in November-December but I still haven't done like anything :P I'm prettyyy lazy. So I guess that can wait until summer. Currently I'm just making tack (not very much, only sometimes) and doing photography as realistic as I can.
Yup, my life is very boring, exactly on spring. Have you heard that basicly everyone is very lazy in spring? I'm  one of those people.
But who cares, since summer is so near! *3* Two months to summer! I can't wait, because I just want to do SO much things. First, I want to go to countryside, get off those schoolclothes and just sit outside and watch the nature. Can't forget about photography, and ofcourse new modelhorses, I hope. And just this summer already makes me feel like it's just so much better from my last summer. Well, not really, but it just feels so. Much more free time, it's warmer outside and NO SCHOOL! I mean, there is nothing wrong with school. but who doesn't want to get free time after 9 months of school? Mememe!
Also, maybe on this weekend I will try to make some new tack. Hopefully. And maybe our collection will be expanded with an new horse? :o
Wait n' See!
Byee!
BTW, sorry for an very small post. Really, I don't have anything to talk about :D

A picture of my sweetie Infinity (Infinity Blade), that I took in the forest with my best friend :)

Random thoughts.

Hey guys...
No post for a while, eh.
Here are just some random stuff running trough my mind like crazy.
So right now I'm basically in my room, sitting at my table, writing this post, and being half-up, half-asleep.
Uh yea. Sorry if I don't entertain you much in this post :D
Anyways. I'm gonna trade soon a stablemate for a stablemate. I'm gonna get the one that I wanted for a long time ^__^ Pretty exited!
Also, I was thinking of buying 2 new schleich from an online store: Palomino stallion and Percheron mare. Huh, good choice? I dunno :P
Life sucks kinda. The school and stuff. Much studying, prepearing for exams and such. Also teachers just give us homework like: You got plenty of time after school! Yea right. *coughs* I just want to have a social life too, y'all know.
What am I writing. It's going way too personal. Oh well.
So twomorrow in PE we are going skiing on ice! Basically. We don't any skiing snow at all. It's just like a mix of ice, little bit of snow and water??
Thanks teachers, It will help me alot in my life.
Yup. Soon is my BFF-s b-day (she also collects modelhorses) :3 I'm very exited, I hope we will have alot of fun time ^-^
So yup. This is why I can't literally post.
Thanks for understading ^//^
This is my BFF's modelhorse. We traded modelhorses for a short time. Model is hers, picture, setup, tack and person is mine :)

Christmaasss!!

Heey! Haven't posted in like FOREVER! D: Now I guess it's time for a little update :D
It's christmas! :D Merry christmas everyone!
In Estonia, we actually celebrate christmas at 24th December, but I know that in some other countries like America, christmas is at 25th December :) So I decided to post at 25th, since I didn't anyways have time to post at 24th December :D
So how's it been? For me it's been a great year. I didn't actually get breyers for xmas, but I don't mind that much about them anyways. :D
So, I got a TON of presents, compared to my last year presents, where I probably got like 3 presents :D :D But those were good too.
Now, let's talk about my super-fancy christmas presents. What a great beginning. :D
This is kinda review-style post. :D But are you ready? Lets start then!

First off, I got this AMAZING Schleich-S washstall. It's really realistic and detailed. Have a look:

It contains alot of stuff like:

So I got the stable girl. She looks pretty great and realistic. I love the design tho. I love this one more than the older stable girl, because the old one had brushes that you couldn't remove, but you can put 2 brushes on this girls hands and remove brushes from her hands. Sweet!

Then there was 2 brushes that you could put to the stable girl's hands. Brushes  are made out of rubber, and they don't break easly. I already have the same brushes, so now I have double! :D But it's okay :D

Here is a picture of the stable girl with both brushes equipped in her hands :)

There was a grooming box? (I think) too. It has a pretty pink colour and you can put Schleich-S stuff into there - like brushes. It's pretty useful and makes a good decoration to your barn.

And as you maybe also thought, you can also open and close the grooming box.

There was an bucket also. Just a regular one, grey coloured. It's also great to use for realistic pictures and it makes a good decoration, too.

Sheesh, there is so many stuff in that set. But lets continue :D
This is probably one of my favourites - an pink halter! I so adore this. Awesome! It's soooo pretty :3

Here is a pic of the halter on a horse :)

Then I got those very awesome saddle and bridle. The colouring is brownish. Looks great!
It fits mostly regular size Schleich horses, and some bigger ponies too. :)

It also contained a saddlerack? Saddlewrack? I don't know :D But it sure is cool! I really, really love it. It's really great for tack rooms, etc.

An picture where saddle and bridle are on the saddle(w)rack :D

And the most prettiest, cutest and coolest: The exclusive hannoverian stallion! Handsome, right? I sooo adore him. I mean the colouring and shading is A+! I'm still thinking a name for him, tho :D

And lastly, the washstall itself. Really good for barns. I think it's really awesome and useful. See yourself:

Here are some detailed pictures:

First, the hose? (sorry but idk what do you call it) can move around:

And the base is made out of rubber. I really like that idea, I first thought that it was plastic :D

This is all for the washstall set! Now lets have a look at my other presents :)

So I got this really cute tinker mare. I mean, she is adorbs! :3 I wanted her because she is gonna be retired, but also because she is such a cutiepie! :)

Then I got the tinker stallion, who is looking good! :D Such an handsome boy. I have thought of buying him earlier, but I was always like: Nah, maybe next time. But he is also going retired, and the next year's tinker stallion isn't as pretty so I decided I want him too :)

And the last Schleich I got, was the icelandic mare. She has been one of my favourites for a long time, so why not? Also, she is going retired :D Only horse that is going retired I don't have is the akhal-teke mare, but I'm hoping to buy her soon :)

From my both grandparents, I got lots of stuff, like:

An cute pocket-calendar! Aww! :D It has a pretty-pretty horse on it :D :D

An angel-decoration. I haven't opened it yet tho :D It looks cute :) My brothers got that angel too :D

An strawberry scented candle. It smells just SOO good. I can't wait to use it! :0 :D

A very good smelling perfume. That just smells heavenly!

Another set: Which contained an body lotion, perfume and shower gel :3 Thanks granny :D

And last, but not least I got this encyclopedia. It contains alot of facts and colourful pictures, but the sad thing is my brother has that book already. So now we have 2 of those books :D :D

And lastly, me and my brothers got this KINETIC SAND :0 This stuff is just heavenly!! Looks like normal sand but it's kinetic and stuff so it's awesome! :D It's not in the original package tho :D

It streches and bends really good :3 And it's super cool! Never dries out!

You can shape it whatever do you want, for an ball example. It keeps it's shape and doesn't spread around everywhere.

Also you can cut it too with an knife :D :D Still keeps it's shape :D

Ofcourse, you can use it for realistic modelhorse pictures :D It cleans up easly and looks pretty realistic. Here is what I talked about:

So those stuff were my gifts! I really hope you liked this post and found it helpful (because of the small reviews :) )
I'm hoping to post as soon as I can :) But bye for now~!

Stay awesome and have a nice christmas!

Byeeee!! :3
